Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies Appointments & Services must be booked at least 72 hours in advance through my official booking system (website, email, or direct inquiry). Speaking engagements & trainings require at least two weeks' notice for scheduling and coordination. Retainer or project-based consulting requires a signed contract and deposit before work begins. 🔹 How to Book: Clients can schedule via email awakenedvisionconsulting@gmail.com. 🚫 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply: Individual Appointments (Coaching, Consultations, One-Time Sessions): Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee with no refund. 🚫 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect everyone’s time, the following policies apply: Workshops, Trainings & Speaking Engagements: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Retainer & Project-Based Consulting: Cancellations require at least 14 days' notice before the start of the next billing cycle. Deposits for retainer services and projects are non-refundable once work has started. 🔹 How to Cancel/Reschedule: Clients must submit cancellation or rescheduling requests via email at awakenedvisionconsulting@gmail.com or through the online booking platform. 📌 Waitlist Policy Due to high demand, I offer a waitlist for fully booked services. Clients on the waitlist will be notified as soon as a spot becomes available. Open slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a client does not confirm their booking within 24 hours of notification, the next person on the list will be offered the slot. 🔹 How to Join the Waitlist: Clients can request to be added via [Insert Booking Link or Email]. 💡 Additional Notes: Emergency Situations: If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me directly to discuss a one-time exception. Refund Processing: Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to an individual session, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion.
